Dressing Up

One of my favourite things about the fetish world has always been its emphasis on sexy and unusual fashion. Latex, leather, lingerie, whatever - the right outfit can enhance any kinky encounter, and the BDSM community seems to know this very well.

I've had a "thing" for lingerie and sexy clothing since I was old enough to shop. I remember looking at myself in the mirror wearing my first training bra, white and lacy with little bows, and marvelling at how cute it looked and wishing I could wear it with jeans to school like a normal top!

Since then, my lingerie collection has grown to something frighteningly huge, and I still can't seem to stop buying more! Some girls have a thing for shoes or handbags, but for me it's lingerie, costumes, and other slutwear. In fact, I just found out that a bunch of lingerie I scored for free from a modeling gig will be ready for me to pick up next week. Two cupless babydolls, a fishnet crotchless bodystocking, and thigh highs. This is in addition to the fetishwear I got from the same company that I plan on wearing to Dragonfly's tomorrow night: a PVC and lace open bra and thong set, a ruffled PVC skirt, and a leather and lace cupless bra.

Despite all this talk of leather and PVC, actual fetishwear is somewhat new to me. I've always felt sexier in lace than in leather, and my collection of clothes definitely reveals that. I guess it's because, as I've somewhat noticed, most fetishwear with its spikes and chains isn't feminine enough for my taste. I'm a girly girl, and a submissive, so I don't want to look like some harsh dominatrix whenever I dress fetish-y. Because of this, all fetishwear I buy has to have some sort of girly detail: lace trim, ruffles, satin ribbons, etc. Believe it or not, my favourite color for fetishwear is baby pink!

Anyway...why this obsession with lingerie and fetish wear? It makes me feel sexy. Even more so than when I am naked. I remember the first set of naughty lingerie that I bought to wear for my first boyfriend, how when I tried it on at home and looked in the full-length mirror, the sight was so erotic to me that I ended up masturbating. This certainly hasn't changed, the exhibitionist/voyeur in me loves to watch myself in the mirror or to be filmed while doing something naughty.

I suppose I've gone on for long enough now, but I will likely write some kind of sequel to this entry some time in the recent future, because I have many more stories and thoughts to share.
