What is the advantage of having a membership versus being a non-member?
A member receives their dungeon time for far less than it would cost to rent the space as a non-member. Depending on which membership you choose you also receive discounts on partys, workshop, classes, and services. Members also receive first crack at the space in these. For instance if a class is filling up fast members get priority.

How is my privacy protected?
Dragonfly’s Den has a discretionary agreement that all members and staff sign, stating that no personal or private information shall be revealed except for health and safety reasons. Discretion and privacy is of utmost importance at Dragonfly’s Den and we guarantee that standard is maintained. In addition, for those who need it, we can ensure that only Mistress Dragonfly knows who you are. Just inform us ahead of time and it will be arranged. As well, our driveway is private and fairly secluded.

How much time do I get per membership session?
That depends on which membership you choose. Dungeon Members and Executive Members can book in 2 or 4 hour sessions. Platinum Members can book in 1, 2, 3 or 4 hour sessions.

How long do I have to commit to being a member?
That depends on you. You can choose to purchase a one month membership, that price is higher than if you choose a commitment of six months or a year. The cost breakdown is in the membership benefits section of this website. Essentially the longer you can commit to the more savings you get.

What are your hours?
Dungeon hours are 10 am to 2 am.
Phone hours are 12pm to 12am.

How much notice should I give to book my sessions?
A minimum of a days notice is needed to book your time. Obviously the more advanced notice the greater the guarantee you'll get the spot you want. As a member you can contact us each month to let us know when you would like to book your time, or you can ask to book a regular monthly time slot. But please be aware that your booked time may be bumped for other Dungeon business. We will however, give you at minimum 48h notice before bumping your booked time. Executive and Platinum members need not worry, your booked time is carved in stone - as part of your membership package you can not be bumped.

Do you have trial memberships?
You can choose to commit for only a month. It’s at a slightly higher price. Try the place out, then decide to commit for a time period at a lower price.

Is there a discount for paying membership up front?
Twice a year everybody who pays a full six or twelve month membership up front will be entered into a draw. The draws will take place in September and March. There are a variety of prizes that will be offered: weekend to Seattle BDSM event, trip to Vancouver Island, free six month membership, clothing and toy vouchers, passes to various local events, and others. While there is no cost reduction in paying for a full six or twelve month membership all at once, we do greatly appreciate this commitment and this is why we believe in providing the chance to win something good.

Where is Dragonfly’s Den?
Dragonfly’s Den is located in Surrey near 152nd St. and 88th Ave, with easy access from Highway 1, The Pattullo Bridge and the Alex Fraser Bridge.

What equipment can I use?
All the equipment in Dragonfly’s Den is available for member use. Please see our itemized list of toys, tools and equipment. We add and replace items as is needed and desired. You may also bring you own toys to use. Some intimate things are not available for health and safety reasons. For example chastity devices, leather parachutes for CBT, leather dildos are considered intimate items. Leather and suede are porous and difficult to clean. Even a leather hood is intimate due to sweating and saliva, therefore we have hood liners and do carefully clean around the mouth and nose areas. The leather and suede floggers and equipment available are items we clean thoroughly after each session. As this shortens their lifespan we encourage you to bring your own suede and leather toys whenever possible. Having your own leather and suede toys reduces your risk as well. All intimate toys like dildos and butt plugs MUST be used with a condom and are carefully cleaned after each session. These toys are designed for easy cleaning and safe for multiple users.

How many events a month is there?
Right now there are three parties and two regular workshops each month planned for Dragonfly’s Den. We also hold an extra party whenever there is a fifth Saturday in a month. We will add events and parties when needed as time goes on. Best place to see our events listings is on our calendar.

What is the cost to attend parties and workshops?
That depends on your level of membership. This is the break down:
Is it ok to do blood play?
Yes, however there are conditions. You must bring your own drop cloth or purchase a disposable one from us and inform us beforehand that you plan on doing blood play, for health and safety reasons obviously. Needles are also available for a fee.

Is fire play allowed?
Fire play is not allowed for private member sessions. However, it can be scheduled ahead of time for a party or workshop. Often we have fire play demos that attendees can participate in.

How many guests can I have per session?
Once again this depends on what tier membership you choose. Dungeon and Executive Members get one guest per session free, extra is 50 dollars per guest. Platinum Members are allowed two guests free per session, extra guests are $50 each.
